Another set started, but never finished

 So I tried.

I really tried.  It is amazing that I didn't find time to finish a set with COVID and lockdown.  But lockdown actually was what halted everything.  The reason being is my job shifted to work from home.  Spending all day in one spot, and then trying to be in that same spot putting out a set of NFL Showdown cards was not going to happen.  All motivation to sit back in that same desk chair at that same desk for another couple of hours a night was (hopefully understandably) non-existent.

But all was not for nothing.  I did (basically) complete one division worth of cards.  And I am going to share those cards here and now.  Hopefully, this will help motivate me to try again in 2021.  I actually just cleared all of my old spreadsheets (as new copies, of course) and entered in some names that are cemented into getting a card made (because there OBVIOUSLY has to be a Tom Brady card for the Bucs).  I won't be able to enter stats until the end of the year, but starting now on getting photos for the cards should help in getting the set done later.

Buccaneers:

It is odd for a guy from cold, wintery Minnesota to have a team from Tampa Bay as their favorite team, but I actually remember a time when the Vikings and the Bucs were in the same division and I got to see them play each other twice a year.  I loved those old jerseys, and when the Bucs actually got good (under the guidance of former Vikings Defensive Coordinator Tony Dungy), I was hooked.  Here is their 2020 set -

New Orleans:

I have a friend who is a big Saints fan, so I had to do them next.

Panthers:

A former coworker is a Panthers fan (he is actually from North Carolina) and I have to text him after every Bucs/Panthers game.  Plus, I had to make a Kuechly card with his retirement.

Falcons:
Since the rest of the division was done, I had to finish with the Falcons

Vikings:
Finally, I had to do at leas some of the Vikings.

Feel free to print and use these cards. They are designed to be printed, so if you center them and trim them down to 2.5" x 3.5", they will be just right :-)
